Jeep fog lights can make your vehicle more visible in the dark.
The Jeep fog lights are a pair of auxiliary lights on the front of the Jeep, mounted low and integrated into the bumper. It’s installed to provide extra visibility without reflecting back into your eyes or causing trouble for oncoming drivers.
In poor visibility, you can use other headlights than fog lights. The use of normal headlights may be necessary, for example, when driving at night in fog. Other indicators like taillights, turn signals and flashers also make it easier for other drivers to see you.
The fog lamps are mounted low on the front of the vehicle and tilt down through a wide-angle lens to illuminate the road, only the road ahead. By maintaining an acute angle to the ground, the fog lights can only illuminate the road and anything nearby, allowing you to see other vehicles through the headlight fog.

Today, fog lamps come in all shapes and configurations. They can be direct bulb replacements for regular fog lights or complete replacements. They can also be mounted on or under the front and rear bumpers to warn traffic behind in poor visibility.
